Skyline Hotel & Waterpark Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls

Our stay at the Skyline Hotel Niagara was a mix of fun and frustration. On one hand, it was great to have less crowd, which meant minimal wait times at the waterpark. The connection to the waterpark via a sheltered bridge was a bonus during the cold weather. However, our experience was marred by noise disturbances at night, especially with kids running around and parents yelling. The overall condition of the facilities was somewhat disappointing, with outdated areas in need of repair. While we did enjoy some aspects, I don't think we would return considering the drawbacks.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to attractions, making it perfect for family fun. The rooms were clean, although soundproofing could be improved as noise from the courtyard was occasionally bothersome. The service was accommodating, but I had a couple of hiccups during check-in. Overall, a great stay with convenient amenities, especially for families.
